Perennial, 2 – 4 ft. tall, very robust, nitrogen fixing legume. Blooms in late spring with deep blue or purple flowers. Grows on most well-drained soils, prefers sun or partial shade and has medium to high water requirements. Used in wildflower seedings. Plant in fall or spring ½ inch deep 75,000 seeds/lb.
