Low growing, 6 – 12 inches, perennial, rhizomatous, sod-forming, warm-season grass. Grows best on medium to fine texture, very salty and alkaline soils that are poorly drained with a high water table. Only fair forage, best in the summer. Useful in situations where it’s high alkaline, salt tolerances and sod-forming characteristics are needed. Minimum precip. is 8 inches. Plant late spring or summer ¼ – ½ inch deep. 518,000 seeds/lb.
