Perennial, 2 – 4 ft., rhizomatous, cool-season, wetland grass occurring naturally throughout the US. Grows on most typical wetland sites from mid to high elevations. Valuable for wetland restoration, wildlife habitat and soil stabilization. Plant in spring or fall ¼ inch deep. 200,000 seeds/lb.
